Shipping and/or Delivery and Refunds

Shipping – Depending on the size of the artwork it will be shipped via USPS or UPS at the purchaser’s expense.  The item will be shipped fully insured and a tracking number will be included.  The shipping cost will be included in the final invoice.  

If the purchaser lives within the state of Washington then an agreement between the artist and the purchaser can be reached for either local delivery, pickup or meeting halfway.

Refunds

 A full refund of the purchase price minus the shipping cost can be requested in writing within 30 days.  Return of the item will be in the original shipping materials and boxing and the cost will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Refund of a Commissioned Project

A commissioned item is handled differently.  Because a written agreement was engaged upon then the  50% deposit will be retained by the artist as will the rights to resale the item.  

 If the full purchase price was already paid the 30 day written request will apply with the deposit being retained by the artist.
